Yup. But as one grow older, being slim and thin doesn't mean healthy. Need to build and maintain muscle mass. If no muscle, then all the impact will be on the joints and bones. It's like a car with no spring no absorber. That's why it's even more important for older folks to do light weight training. If you're in your 40s or 50s, start doing it now. Not when you're 60s.She looks like she can still do vigorous exercise. The routines in the videos are for much other folks in their 70s and 80s.

By the way a lot of old folks watched video from HP and did all stretching n exercises at home.....u know what. ..they NEVER WARMED UP THEIR JOINTS FIRST BEFORE PERFOMING ANY EXERCISES. Old folks taught pickleball is simiple n slow exercise . Sport injuries r real. And body Kanna strained. My mil is one of the good example. Now waist n tight pain like hell.
