She looks like she can still do vigorous exercise. The routines in the videos are for much other folks in their 70s and 80s.

Yup. But as one grow older, being slim and thin doesn't mean healthy. Need to build and maintain muscle mass. If no muscle, then all the impact will be on the joints and bones. It's like a car with no spring no absorber. That's why it's even more important for older folks to do light weight training. If you're in your 40s or 50s, start doing it now. Not when you're 60s.

Tat is why u see many old folks having "slim" legs. Muscle lost so badly. And having good muscle mass help us to balance well without falling
