Just to check if anyone has experience with OCBC on annual fee manual waiver if spending does not hit their published min rate of 10k/yr for auto-waiver?

I am thinking of signing up for an applicable credit card to earn 0.4% bonus interest on my 360account, but I figure that my regular eligible expenses is only about $500 plus only, just enough to earn the BI. My other expenses are covered by other banks’ cards. So expected OCBC annual spend is 6k, maybe a bit less if I can’t hit 500 in a month.

Would OCBC entertain annual fee waiver if my annual spend is 5-6k? If they don’t, I think the 0.4% bonus interest not worth the effort…
ymmv

unless is those high end card if not usually ok.

but again diff ppl may have diff experience

No one can tell you for sure OCBC will waive when your year is up, but everyone can tell you the annual fee is for the year ahead and you can cancel it without paying.

Hi is there a way to track eligible credit card spending under this card for hitting ocbc 360 account's 0.4% bonus interest like that for UOB one account?

I am curious if HDB parking payments, mobile subscriber payments, simplygo topups can go towards min. spend.

New to ocbc cc here.
Bill payment to the card via axs, how long does it take to become visible on the app or portal?
I don't have any deposit account with them.

1.6% vs 2% is smaller yes, but its really minute if its so small. 0.4% diff. Doesn't really matter either way.

DCS card have 12k/yr min spend for waiver. OCBC have 10k min spend.
Also either way u will kena the same thing in a year and have to cancel and re-apply.
