M1 Maxx same behavior, the excuse the CSO gave you is just nonsense just to get you off the chat.
I just wrote in to IMDA to ask on their position. To me, cutting off cellular service totally upon data exhaustion is not acceptable. Neither was there any transparency in the terms and conditions on this fact. I would consider cellular service a minimum essential service that any telco should maintain.

Seems like its in batches..
Only one line has 5G SA after forcing it in android settings and doing an airplane mode on and off.

My other 2 line don’t have it even using the same method or rebooting.

Strangely its the line that registered later then the 2 line..
Maybe SingTel enabled to newer registration then to later?
I signed up around Nov 2024 and tried requesting new eSIM but no change (already enabled SA and Vo5G but still shows NSA) likely it’s just a batch roll out.

iPhone
*3001#12345#* dial

Android
*#*#4636#*#*
Phone information
Else in setting search “sim status “

As per some reports, the iPhone code may not really work, it will always print SA even though it is NSA.

Better to use nperf app if you use iPhone.

For Android, then SIM Card status is easier. I like to use NetMointor app though as it gives more details.

Just checked my GOMO line on the iPhone. Same behavior today, it’s showing SA only, but it’s switching between n1 (20 MHz) and n78 (100 MHz).

Yesterday, it was still showing SA + NSA. Later, I’ll try setting my router to SA only to see if it loses internet.
