1. As of now, Starhub is probably the best if you want to leave Singtel.

5Gbps Broadband @$29.55/mth
- 1x Free TP-Link HB710 WiFi 7 router
- Free $100 Shopping Vouchers -- upgraded to S$150 vouchers.

10Gbps Broadband @$44.49/mth
-1x Free TP-Link EB810v WiFi 7 router
- Free $250 Shopping Vouchers

10Gbps Broadband @$33.59/mth
-1x Free TP-Link HB710 WiFi 7 router
-No Voucher

Installation and activation fess waived
*24 months contract

2. M1 is another good choice, but M1 has increased the price of 6Gbps plan by quite a bit.

M1 10Gbps without router, physical shop offer at S$30.90 per month
M1 6Gbps with TP-Link Archer BE805 or Asus RT-BE92U, at S$38.90 per month (price increased from S$34.90 per month in early 2025)
M1 3Gbps with TP-Link Archer BE230 or Asus RT-BE58U, at S$32.90 per month (price increased from S$29.90 per month in early 2025)

Recontracted, pending NetLink Trust inspection this week and Singtel's ONR Installation next week.
Have any special tactics to ask the special price? Last year I whatspp singtel number then transfer me to rentention department (according to kakis over here), but not sure is this method still doable? Haha

The call center number is 1688? For the $39 is 3Gbps or 5Gbps? I received singtel sales team also offer me for $48+ for 5Gbps for 2 routers.. But I nvr agree.. Want carrot me damn

We are loyalty customer and yet more expensive than first time applying customer. Don't understand their logic sometimes.
Yup 1688. For 3gbps. I think it's also luck. The 1st cso I called give me I think also $39 but 1 router. So that's where I decide to hold and explore other brands but due to the analogue phone, I have no choice and called back and also decide to explore if in person how's the service is which is more disappointing than the cso. I think your 5gbps is still better than the one in singtel shop offer to me 😂

Went to Jurong point Singtel shop
That place... I once asked a counter staff for the default SIM PIN and was asked what's that?!?

Like tikum tikum. Something we've to do every 2 years for choosing to stick to Singtel.

For the record this was the selection when i decided to go ahead with the recontract.
They are coming to do the installation this week, hope it will be a better experience this time round,

<<Select your preferred plan (24-month contract):
3Gbps Enhanced Plan at $39.90/mth (U.P. $55.90/mth) + FREE $240 FairPrice Voucher
  • Comes with 1 x Singtel WiFi 7 Router (TP-Link HB611)>>
Follow up from the plan signed in Dec 2025. They finally sent over the redemption letter for the vouchers

Just saw SingTel Jurong Point Shop has the limited time promotion for 10Gbps plan with HB810 at S$38.90 per month.

This is a very good offer from SingTel. HB810 has dual 10G ports, dual 2.5 ports, triband WiFi 7 BE22000.

https://www.tp-link.com/sg/service-provider/wifi-router/hb810/

As usual, this offer is only for new users as per the shop staff.

For recontract, you have to negotiate with SingTel.

I do not see this poster any more. Maybe the offer is gone.

Now there is another offer for new users switching from other providers.

Special bundle offer for new users switching from other providers. I saw the offer at Singtel Shop Jurong Point.

Singtel Fibre Internet and 5G+ SIM Only plan bundle

for me i signup new plan first from other provider... because it will take a few days for them to arrange their technical person to setup at your house... i would suggest u to signup new ISP 3 weeks before your next singtel billing cycle...

My 5Gbps fibre ending in Jun 2026. I wondering should go for 5Gbps or upgrade to 10Gbps? Will I see any major difference if I upgrade to 10Gbps?
