CBRE.....cmi

Management: The mall is marketed by CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield through an expression of interest exercise.

The building belongs to who now ah.

Anyway mai kia, all the tiong restaurant coming your way. The vivo upstairs that one, I see very long also neh toh. They got money to burn one. Burn more maybe better for them also.

As for the landlord, they won't reduce the rent one. Cause the amount of rent will justify to the bank how much they can bankroll. If reduced might tio margin also. Rich man game

Just let the landlords die lah.

Don't be kumgong.

Can consider if rental is 30% cheaper than market.

That shopping mall is too small.

It could be that the very first lease was at a discounted below market rate for the very first batch of tenants due to the fact that Bidadari is a new neighbourhood with most BTOs not TOP-ed yet at that time. Even the bus interchange wasn’t opened and the integrated condo Woodleigh Residences wasn’t TOP-ed yet back then.

Now, a lot more homes are ready, footfall has increased and expect to continue to rise. Rental will sure go up.

Most stores are corporates who can pay the rents. so why bother?

if cannot afford then go to the nearest hawker centre.
