Erm… 6k to 10k where got most expensive. Damn normal in coffee shop stalls. My area coffee shop stalls anyhow also got 8k liao. So 13K also not surprising. But it is indeed steep.

- Stall next to Chicken stall vacant. (Mala)
- Stall next to Bah Ku Teh. (Ah Ma Ba Chor Mee)
- Stall next to Zi Char. (Prawn Mee)
5 empty stalls from 14 stalls.
(This KPT have the best location compared to the rest.
And there is still empty stalls.
Of course, the rental is ridiculous.)

The guy should give up.
Still want to lose more money.

There is no business for this stall.
So, I dunno what is causing the wife to be sick.
