Yesterday, I went to polyclinic and do X-ray.....

Today I just went to the NUH to see specialist for my shoulder problem....the doctor ask me.....are you able to run and carry heavy thing...I say yes...just that my shoulder ache when doing PT....

after some checking on my X-ray, they say is normal....They say the problem lies on my neck....

so they arrange some physiotherapy for me to do....and ask me to come back 2 month later...

the doctor was shock that why I wasn't refer through polyclinic instead of MO? (should I refer through MO?)

I tell the doctor that my pain and muscle ache has last for more than a year...


but doctor say everything is normal...he didn't really write any memo....but got appointment la...
and he give me some medicine....










What I want to ask is....what should I do now? should I go back camp on monday and see MO?

Will MO give me status? like excuse upper limb? should I tell the MO that I am undergoing physiotherapy now?

I mean...I was refer through polyclinic, the doctor was surprise that I wasn't refer through MO...
Does it matter? I went to the govt clinic instead of camp MO?

well nope, it doesn't really matter. just that you should have went to MO for problems you feel might affect your combat readiness. that's the first place you should go.

and anyway, i think you don't really have enough reasons for a downgrade, going for physio won't really get you much excuses.

Specialist got give you mc or letter? If no, hard for the MO to give you excuse. If 'higher authority' aka the specialist cannot find anything wrong with you, means you are ok...

even if the mo give you excuse, i guess it's only for 3 days...

ur specialist is surprised most prob cos u nsf. so by right no time to go polyclinic one but it doesnt matter anyway

from what i gathered so far, it seems like u want to get a perm excuse for upper limb. but if u go see ur MO with wat u have now, u def wont get it. at most temp for like 1-2 weeks nia.

seriously i dun think anyone of us here will know what ur mo will do.

but normally mo will follow what the specialist says. but that's not for sure. anyway govt or private also not much diff one

i'm a NS man... just downgrade C2L2 temp due to cervical spondylosis for 1 yr

so what happens after 1 yr?

do i make appt for another review to extend the downgrade? cuz basically cervical spondylosis is a degenerative condition and won't heal... in other words, it'll only get worse won't get better....

i now already c2l2 due to lower backpain then during night i always eat painkiller and sleep but around 2-3am i wake up i will feel very numb and my body is sweating..i told my oc this problem he ask me go find a government doctor ..then now my government doctor also check on me say i really suffer this pain

why are you C2L2 at the first place?
