hmm this card cannot do balance transfer? shacks, still tot of doing BT for 2 of my cards then i can cancel them.

abit turn off by this card. tried using it for online bill payment at singtel, but couldnt. call and check with e cso, she say they doing maintenance for their mastercard secure vericode thingy, need 1 - 2 weeks. soooooooooo turn off la.
