Oddo probably took a wage cut. And with us going the budget signing way, it's better of them to resign Oddo than spending $$$ on a new fullback.

Why aren't we trying to get Giovinco, be it on loan or a co-ownership deal?

But extending Oddo's contract is.. I don't expect him to play or sit on the bench !

Was reading Fabio Capello 'Portrait of a Winner', decided to check up on his stats. In terms of winning %, surprised to see that he has 1 better than Ancelotti. And also even more trophies than him.

Anyone knows where to check Arrigo Sacchi records? Could only find out about the number of trophies he won at wiki, no winning %.

There is no point in doing so unless we are the 1s providing the $$$. :D

Anyway, seems like the rumours of Dinho leaving is getting stronger. Won't be surprised if he goes considering the high wages he is getting. I'm just afraid that we will get Podolski as our replacement.

Not sure what you guys think...but I feel the 3rd kit looks awful. I like the home kit though.

yeah, doesnt matter to me though cos i'll only be buying the Home, and possibly the away. depend on spending power.

i don't like the training kits. looks too Pool/Germany-ish. need more black.

I think every Milan fan can agree on this

i read that too...well...alot has been said...but not alot has been done.

Would be real lucky if we get sneak into the 4th spot this season...

But to be honest, I think we kinda of strengthen our central defence providing we don't suddenly sell t.silva to real madrid. If we can get a good midfielder and a pacy striker, I think we should be ok for another season.

Milan fans hold protest

“We perfectly understand the general economic situation and the problems big clubs are having in investing and managing budgets.

“But you can still make big signings without spending ridiculous figures. We will continue our protest against those who no longer show love for our Milan and are completely and exclusively involved in extra-football activities.

“For us, nothing has changed in our stances towards Berlusconi. He continues to be an unjustified absentee.”

Berlusconi on all things Milan
“The squad is good enough and can compete with everyone else,” he declared.

“I ask any of you to name a team which has more class than ours given that we have Ronaldinho, Andrea Pirlo, Clarence Seedorf and Alexandre Pato.

“You can’t win always, but we haven’t done too badly over the last few years. We are second behind a very rich Inter, but ahead of Roma.

“No family in Italy has invested as much money as the Berlusconi one. In the last seven years, we have added €461m – more than €60m a year. In 25 years I have invested a thousand million.

Once again he gives his expert view on tactics.

“I don’t want to see just one striker up front, but two,” he noted before criticising former boss Leonardo.

“Keeping Pato out wide last term was something that I just didn’t understand. Out there he was forced to dribble past three or four players.”
