I went for the ntu briefing. The freshmen orientation is organised by the student unions, some also didnt go. Actually i think it depends on the kind of event. In my opinion, some maybe can siam, while others have to attend.

yup you have to.sometimes lecturers for the first lecture might help you print out just in case some dunno where to get the notes
