Cat B COE is for any cars 1,600cc and above. So technically even a 8.0L car would also be registered under CAT BHow come CAT B COE??? Not Open CAT COE?

Nice catch! The M3s with the pre-facelift rear brake lights are also relatively rare as they were only produced for one MY before BMW decided to switch to the newer LED ones.M3 have painted gloss black along the a pillar instead of chrome too.
Here's a R32, but it's a German R32
think he's referring to german r32 as in its a vw golf r32. and vw is a german make.how you know the car is made from where by the car details? Is it from the chassis number or engine number. I really cannot figure it out.
Unless you have already known it beforehand.
oh and yes u can retrieve manufacturing information based on chassis code. take a look at: http://www.autohausaz.com/vw-auto-parts/vw-vehicle-identification-numbers.htmlhow you know the car is made from where by the car details? but the position of the exhaust looks proper for a M series..Nice catch! The M3s with the pre-facelift rear brake lights are also relatively rare as they were only produced for one MY before BMW decided to switch to the newer LED ones.

LFA..
Yup.. but that's not a stock exhaust either. The guy probably just switched out his 320i exhaust for an aftermarket quad optionbut the position of the exhaust looks proper for a M series..
