Cat B COE is for any cars 1,600cc and above. So technically even a 8.0L car would also be registered under CAT B

jarred1223... Don't think it's a real M3... it doesn't have the signature M3 side view mirrors which is a pity because he basically changed everything else.

Nice catch! The M3s with the pre-facelift rear brake lights are also relatively rare as they were only produced for one MY before BMW decided to switch to the newer LED ones.

think he's referring to german r32 as in its a vw golf r32. and vw is a german make.

Yup.. but that's not a stock exhaust either. The guy probably just switched out his 320i exhaust for an aftermarket quad option
