Direct ip connection??? U on fibre?

this guide
nope i am not dsl, i disabled pvc search, set connection type to (direct ip hdcp or static) and disabled routing, after this steps my internet link on 2wire will go off
i don't quite get you. so you on fibre ?
internet link ?
if you are on PPPoE(ADSL) you need to configure PPPoE on your ESR9850
if you are on fibre simply (DHCP)
i really don't know how to interpret what you've typed.
pardon me for my inability to understand what you've typed
1 moment you state your are not on ADSL
the next you are reading on a configuration for ADSL...
confuse.
pardon me for my typo, i am on adsl
i tried to use the wizard using the engenius software to set up my router but i am still facing issues
and regarding the internet link what i meant was the the internet led light as shown in the picture, it will turn off after i bridge the 2wire modem/router

Broadcom WLAN+BT BCM94313HMGB
i know what's Internet LED.
don't have to show me the link.
my qns is not directed to "what is internet LED"
my qns is you are NOT clear
and my answer have been fed to u as above.
okie thanks for that
when i used the wizard to do the WAN scan, nothing was detected or would you suggest i key in the info manually?, so i'm stucked at this issue
pardon me for asking so many questions and thanks for ur time, appreciate that
manual ba.
i too used manual instead of the wizard.
np, kindly wired $10 to my b/account. thanks

bridge = web ui dead.
so... if you want to change any settings, hard reset your 2wire
only when talk about $$$$ people will start avoiding it and solve issues - themselves.
epic.

bought this router yesterday and have set it up... well almost. Everything works except for remote web management. It keeps asking for username and password even though i have provided the correct one. I have already checked enable remote management.
The username and password is definitely correct because i can login to the router web management in the lan.
Can any bro shed some light on this?
your browser problem.
woah! thanks bro! you da man! hmm, seems that this router is somewhat picky on browser....i used to be able to remote management the dlink dir655 on ipad's safari.
capped at 72Mbps with this router. no choice.
the adapter is a 1x1 so don't expect too much out of it.

Incorrect. The disclaimer that describes the "Enable Routing" setting says that you can still access the Web UI, just that you need to connect via LAN cable, then manually set gateway (in TCP/IP) to 192.168.1.254 and set your computer's IP to 192.168.1.xxx (where xxx is anything but 254).bridge = web ui dead.

People who come to forums to ask for help are beginning to solve their own problems le. You think they so eng come here purposely get suaned by you meh?only when talk about $$$$ people will start avoiding it and solve issues - themselves.
epic.
