Funny thing is I still have not received 1 out of the 2 cards I applied for, but I have already got the $50 from the service guarantee.

So I got total $210 of free money from SCB.

how long does it take for the $50 to credit in anyway ?

She said by next statement. I'm gonna monitor IB for a week. If $50 not in by end of next week, I'm gonna call in again.

I simply send them email with pictures and description to prove my point. I got $80 + $50 for my prudential card. I see no point in arguing with the CSO on the phone.

Late Sept is another promotion right? If I'm not wrong you should be able to get cash back for up to 2 more cards if you apply within Nov.

Damn pissed off with SCB, I called in to request for the $50, they kept insisting it is next working day of approval date, then I told her, I'm reading the terms online now and it stated submission date before 2pm. I even read out word for word until she reluctantly applied for the cashback me.

like that also can. it happened to me also but CSO said it is based on approval date even though I told him T&C said submission date. I'm not a confrontational person so I just forget it. I'm too soft hearted.

after they do adjustment, few days u will see in scb ib le.

if u wait till next billing cycle, likely u wont even see anything unless the cso did do adjustment for u.
