Much discussions has been exchanged about the DBSS at Bedok and Clementi, what about this one at Lakeside? Seems to be the 'cheapest' among them, but no one is interested?

In terms of public transport and location, this losses out, but based on the future blueprint, good potential as a vibrant home and lifestyle.

Understand that the whole Jurong Lake will be transformed into a sports and recreation waterfront site, with some hotels and water activities. At least the lake is has not as many deaths as Bedok reservoir.

I do not see the surroundings with foreign workers' dormitories, probably spreading around the residential estates. Any information on the foreign workers' movement ? I mean they are already flooding everywhere in Singapore.

There are a total of about 1000 applicants for 688 units. Not as impressive as the other two DBSS.

Lake district will transform, but the dbss is far from the transformation. Mostly Chinese garden mrt and jurong east mrt side.

But this area around the DBSS is within the water sports zone of the lake district?

I've applied for a unit, but is pondering about taking it is got balloted. The condo is out of my reach at more than 1K psf.

So have you gotten a unit? Looks like Lake Vista is the quietest in this forum among all 3 dbss launched recently

My Q no was 899 out of 644 units. One day before my turn to choose, there were still 75% unsold. The leftover were small rooms, low floors, facing each other at inner blocks, or to the MSCP. There were also many units with 2 balconies. Who would want them, as cannot fit windows to become part of living room or bedroom.

No. I did not even go down. Not worth paying so much for units I dun like.

coz location sucks :s13:

yeah true, location comes with a premium.. at least I see pretty gd potential in the location in the future.. just went to Trivelis and saw the price list. The price I had for my 22nd 92sqm unit can only go for 10-12th floor 80sqm unit..:s22:

Actually units layouts and floor spaces are better than Trivelis. Buy Trivelis is basically buying location.... and view if one can afford (now like no view to talk about le). Security here like not very good and many FT around. Don't know who is the MP har? Then again, when got heavy portfolio how can take care of the ground :p :p :p :p Hohoho merry xmas.
