^thats very bad, give him a negative for sure. Very dishonest. This is why i don't like to buy from ebay especially dragonball cards. Its a place for dishonest people to fool other peoples..

Yes bro. I agree with you totally. I have meet up a forum-er dbz card collector and he also tell me that he also spent alot of money and end up card received was in bad condition.

The decision maker of PayPal was also not professional even i have provide all the detail and evidence regarding my case and yet they reject my claim, letting this dishonest seller to scot-free.

This is what he comment on paypal. Abit wordly but i want to let everyone know there is this type of people around. Highlight in red is definitely a makeup story as in our email conversation, i have not requested for a non reg postage.

Hi,

The buyer had seen my ebay listing and requested to promptly buy them using paypal following the expiry of the listings. The buyer was initially requested that I send the items by regular mail, but after insisting that I send it registered with mail tracking the buyer agreed to pay the amount via a paypal invoice.

Within the invoice, links to the items ebay listing descriptions were provided and by accepting the invoice request the seller agreed to a no returns policy and understood they had read the items description. The items I had sent were exactly as described in their listings. 2 of the items were 100% new, the 3rd Item (6 cards) was 85% new.

Within these 6 cards, there were 2 cards which had light markings from wear and tear over the years From the pictures the seller has attached, it appears that one of the cards has black marker pen coloring on the back. This is not the same card I had sent him; I believe it his own copy.

I believe the seller is trying to reduce the price of what he purchased through making a fraudulent claim after he has purchased the item. He has been dishonest by sending pictures of cards ( 1 of which was not a card i had sent him).

Under paypal's seller protection policy - I have fully followed the guidelines and have received positive feedback multiple times from customers without incident.

A "significantly not as described item" case should only be escalated when the item received is damaged or significantly misrepresented. In this situation it appears the seller believes the item may not be 85% new in his perspective.

The percentage was a guideline, that the items were in good condition, but had some wear (15%) from the past.

I am disgusted with the practices the buyer is using and I would like paypal to take immediate action in regards to this case and take appropriate action towards fraudulent claims.

Best regards,
Jairaj

in addition, I have viewed the pictures attached in the email you sent me. It seems you are a dishonest buyer.card pp part 13 no.509 was not previously peeled. In the picture you are peeling it (why i do not know?).

the backside of the card did have light markings as stated in the item description.

part pp 13 no.510 did not have any black marker pen on the backside of the card. only light markings from wear and tear as described in the item description.

It appears the item in the picture is your own card you are showing rather than the card which was sent to you.

I have sold multiple items in the past and have always received positive feedback. This is the first time I am coming across a buyer who is dishonest and trying to conduct fraud.I shall be escalating this case for customer support to take action.

The items described were exactly as listed in the ebay listings provided in the invoice. As stated in the invoice, when you paid the bill you accepted that you had read and understood the condition of the cards and that there was a no refund policy.

I learn my lesson and will never purchase from Ebay again. If i sell this type of condition card to buyer during meetup, i think i will be beaten to death..

Look like he is blaming you for being dishonest. Yes only use ebay to sell thing NOT to buy cards unless you know that seller well.

Ya he point all the finger to me. I tell the paypal management - I might have lost 15euro but our friend here lost his dignity and integrity.

Thanks for informing! If I will you, I will also be fooled by his 100% feedback.

But I do encounter very good seller as well, recommend JEFFERSON MOK.

I received defect cards and feedback to him, he immediately resend the cards to me again with no additional cost. Very NICE and HONEST seller.

Thank you all who PM-ed and GradeAbra for the trade.

Lost the card in a game 20 years back. Not a collector so never did bother to look for it. However, the card has always been at the back of my head, Cell smirking and bowing, seemingly mocking me.

Fast forward 20years, packed my house, found a box and there they are, beautifully aged, still missing Cell. Googled and found this thread.

So here's a tribute to a dear childhood friend who met an accident and is no longer with us:

PP Part 14 - 19 (c. 1990-1995):

Never thought I'd see this day. Will pass them on to my son (After he stops chewing up everything that is :) )

The chapter can now close.
