I just finished mine yesterday.
Normally the 10 days would be deploy either npc, ccu or admin, including IPPT or shooting [if you didnt pass]
Mine initially was on december but i defer it due to my job & studies , so i had to attend this feb recall. Maybe you can try defering it, you can call in and refer to MSO Chee Hwee or Jonathan.

Mayb can try defering it via call in/refer to Chee Hwee/Jonathan? I find it its kinda too late...as the date gets closer. But in my this first time attending of 10 days would deploy to either npc,ccu/admin i had no choice but ok with it, but including IPPT/shooting why??? I havent attempt either one, yet I got shooting on 14 Mar liao...I don't get it.

then you will not be called up unless got national crisis need you.

the passing mark for shooting nowadays as follows

24 for the first few rounds

36 for the subsequent rounds

jus a quick qn bro, any1 can tell me if its possible for a REGULAR sign on as PO whom still is a trainee in HTA, performed well enough and be transfered to OCT course? and pass out as SPO (regular)? possible?

If no, confirm 100% is false.

Not possible bro. OCT for nsf. If ure oct u sign on u will be demoted to the rank based on ure qualification.

Need advice here

Hi, guys I'm currently had my diploma in biomedical engineering. And going for ns soon this year. I had a thought of signing on for police force. Any advise for me? Is good for me for lifelong career?
I am physically unfit, can't even do a pull up. But got a PES A.
I know that having a degree is better for this career but i do not have any money to study for degree right now. i was considering signing on and get a part time degree.
Is it ok to do it this way?

Btw PT if u regular a bit difficult. coz u working shift n might nt be free. Can be done but see how they arrange n sacrifice made. Why not just go serve NS n take ur Degree 1st?
