i just received my ipad 3 today.

everything is good except the Sim card Tray very difficult to take out.

and when i took out, the tray appears to be bent/curved, not straight like my iphone.

I can squeeze my sim card in and detect the network fine, but is the sim card tray normal?

Was at Nubox Causeway Point just now for case hunting and cases are flying off the shells. Only black case is one that is Ostrich leather which is stated for the new iPad. Got the power support AFP Crystal film together and left the shop happily. Then suddenly remember to check the cover magnetic on/off and it is NOT working. $89.90 is the price of the case.

Went back and they claim it work and they have sold a few. Tested not working and they took 2 more to try, both cannot work. In the end void my transaction and let me get new one. Got the X-Doria Smartstyle as initially only white but the black stock just came in. Tested work fine and paid for it. Finally have it covered.

Just got my fix after visiting a lot of shops. Magnetic function sure work. And offers super protection. Can put in haversack without scratching.
1. Apple smart cover
2. Eggshell
3. Switcheasy Thins envelope.

Mine works but not very sensitive. I off the manage fiction as I find it quite irritating especially If I am reading or doing web browsing, I will fold it to the back and the magnet will cause my iPad to turn off and i need to on in back again.

The best still Belkin case at Funan challenger... It has a magnetic strip behind to hold smart cover when you flip it open... Selling 39 and has 50% off..cheap and super good...

It states iPad 2 on the box but fits iPad 3 perfectly fine

most definitely u can, at least at epicentre/epilife... i asked three different outlets they all said if the on/off don't work u can bring it back for exchange (within 7 days).

bought the switcheasy canvas (charcoal) just now... after like 2 hours of browsing. prefer charcoal cos the material feels 'softer' and not as rough as the black one.

but my ipad not here yet as it's supposed to be delivered to my workplace tomorrow... so can't test if the on/off switch works with mine or not (50-50 i guess depending on the polarity...)
