Oh yes. I do have this reservation in me. Spend $30 four times on Neckermann or $120 on one Birken.
Theft and wear-and-tear on Neckermann seems much more 'affordable'
Really tempting and puzzled.
my birkenstock is 3 years plus and the sole still have a lot of life to it.
I suggest you go down to the shop and try both before making the decision. Just telling you how good it is won't really convince you.
I have tried both and will never look back. Even my friend who worn Neckermann before complained about how uncomfortable it is and is going to change to Birkenstock. It's something like if you pay peanuts, you get monkey.

Thank you for your aggressive promoting of Birkens. I'm sure they would love you.
It is definitely a good brand to consider, marketing at a rocket high price.
Every penny counts in birks. And the foot bed's design is for ultimate premium comfort and good standing posture. Dun nid to worry about wear and tear, ive been wearing them almost everyday and it still is fully intact. Even the base of it(the part contacting the floor) is perfectly fine without abrasions or wearness
To me both sandals are more or less the same, branding aside. Yes birks will have better overall fit, but thats kind of redundant since after prolonged wear the footbed changes to your feet. So if you are not going for the brand, go for neckermann. My neckermann version of florida costs 32 bucks as opposed to the actual 130.
