I just found out today, sign up and install it on your phone. They'll send you an email linking you to a "get started" guide where you have to finish 5 out of 7 simple things like reading the quick tour guide etc which will take around a minute. Then you'll get your free 50gb

The salesman in the shop broke the side of the catch at the top centre a little bit when installing the battery. Then if use the extra battery and external charger need to open the cover often, not sure it will last how long.

Mine has a small crack at the side where one of the catch is. Noticed it on the first day I brought it out. I have no idea how it can appear cos I only opened the back once to insert my sim card and battery before that.

Sad to say I find the build quality of the S3 to be much worse than S2. I hope Samsung or others will come out with a replacement back plate. Meanwhile just have to minimise opening and closing the back cover.

By the way, what's the easiest way to remove the micro SIM card? Mine feels like it's a super tight fit and i think the only way to remove it is to use a tweezer.

to remove microsim..make sure u push in the card and it shall eject~ just like how you insert the micro sd card~

replacement case should be on the way..if the s3 selling like hot cake..lot of manufacturer willing to make one for it~ just bear with it for the time being

Anyone got prob like me configuring the mail for yahoo? My hotmail is seamless but yahoo kept having unable to connect to server. Can any folks help?

U need to enable it POP3 under ur account settings...
The when connecting to your yahoo account choose SSL for both incoming and outgoing mail servers...

16gb will not give u full 16gb usage after formatted
juz like 1TB (1000gb) pc harddisk, after format become 930gb only
have to minus off the rom, apps, bloatware also

the micro sim goes in / comes out by using your finger to press the card once... u will hear a tick tick sound. hope this helps. dun pull it out!! I was a noob once.

How to make the contact picture grabs the Facebook profile pic automatically?

i use contapps to sync the facebook profile pic with my contacts.
tried the official facebook app but the syncing totally screwed my contact list.
