i assume that those repossessed flat will most likely miss the opportunity to install the Fibre optic cable. If so, we need to pay for the installation right ?

Any of u can tell me what is the difference between 3room standard and 3 rm premium? I know there is different income ceiling and premium flats comes with some finishes...apart from this..what are the more differences like size,layout etc...??

yeah sometimes different layout, sometimes have balconies, but atleast wil have full length windows in hall and 3 quarter length in bedrooms

oh..then the std flats are 65-67sqm and premiums are 70-73sqm..but the layout looks like same..where is the 3-5sqm difference going..??

you all got this problem or not . Was told that downpayment hb to pay 4 mths after selection if the keys avail. My agent told me there won't be enuff time to complete the sale of my current flat , what to do ? i call the hdb sale department , they say i can talk to the sale manager to defer the payment, till sale complete. But then my agent say at least must defer 6 mths , & tell me write to the HDB sale manager to get a black & white to proof tat can defer ... how la??

i'm LM48 for SOBF CCK 4 rm.
what does the LM mean?
saw there is SS and most without alphabet in front.

We dono what is the meaning for the letters...but hopefully all of us have alphabets in front of our q number..like BB or QM..

Hi! Do you know which units taken? I went through the list, i can't find 5 units.This is so stress man. haha.
