it should product made in singapore. pretty obvious when you open it up.

you might have gotten a parallel imported one.

okay, convergent got back to me

Its under their local 3yr warranty, so $175 for M4 128 is a very good price:D

like that must buy both? :s13: samsung offer still on!

Me got kingston hyperX 3k & sandisk extreme. Both 240GB. Cannot tell any difference in day to day usage :s13:

But hyperX looks really cool. Sandisk extreme is just "extremely" plain. The packaging feels so cheapo :s22:

Prices of Intel's newest mainstream SSD line, the SSD 330 series, are also boud for cuts. In fact the most interesting pack of cuts target this series:

SSD 330 60 GB: Reseller pack price down from $94 to $69 (26.5% cut)
SSD 330 120 GB: Reseller pack price down from $149 to $104 (30.2% cut)
SSD 330 180 GB: Reseller pack price down from $234 to $154 (34.1% cut)

wah is that in SGD??

originally i wanted to go down to SLS on sat to get the $154 120GB intel 330... but looks like ish better if i wait another month... :s13:

regards,
wacky

The NAND flash makers are cutting price to eliminate the small fishes.
Samsung, intel, micron & sandisk, they all have the power to kill the small fishes.
It's just a matter of time when they make the move :s13:

Less competition is not good for consumer.
Look at the mechanical HDD, only Seagate and Western Digital left. Prices still cannot go down to pre-flood level.
