just wondering.. if i subscribe the ipo today.. and realise i got extra money and want to subscribe again later... how will the initial money for the 1st subscription be refunded to me?

as someone said earlier in this thread, you cannot subscribe twice. both your applications will be rejected.

I'm using POEMs....

This is the scenario....if i sell counters i hold today.....tmr i will see the $$ inside my poems account.....
I can use the $ to buy other counters.

however if i want to get the $ goes inside my bank account....have to wait T+3 days.
any earlier, application tio reject citing not enough $.

What's the difference? You sell on monday and $$ comes in T+3 (ie. Thursday). You buy tomorrow (ie. Tuesday) and you need to settle by T+3 (i.e Friday). By Friday, the sales proceeds already credited right? Am I missing anything?

Our company is one of the tenant of the assets, frankly speaking the building was so old, and with the same amount of rental, we can actually get the nearby units which is much newer and nicer. But boss decides....

If you look at the prospectus, most of the hotels are mid-ranged and will never hit your mind when I ask "what are the good hotels in Singapore". Look at Orchard Central and the Central, I am very very very very surprised that the shops tenants can survive till now. No doubt is not part of the Trust's portfolio, but they are from the Far East family.

For me, hit and run. Nothing much to look forward.

Some banks are offering attractive balance transfer rate at the moment. As long as it can cover the capital + interest, then it should be fine.

You can see from ibanking or cdp Internet access.

You need to transfer the shares to SCB before you can sell using their platform so if u want to sell quickly just stick to poems

So pls no more chatter on when can apply, when close, when ballot, when start trading etc. :s8:

Let's concentrate on some quality discussion on the IPO.
