First exercise of common sense, "listening to your body" LOLOL. It was ******* tough, but I forced myself to stop.
If it was just a slight niggle, I'm sure I would hv forced it thru, but I hv a feelin I need to get that ankle looked at.

Hopefully this months pay is enough for me to book some of aldrin's time.

Losing the motivation to train slightly, not sure what I'm doin this for... Mid life crisis hahaha!

Hello fsm, how u doing? Hope all is good!

8x sprints, lesser intensity and rest time.

S1
Pullups: 4 x 12
Dips: 4 x 15
Pushups: 4 x 25
Crunches: 4 x 15

Cycled thru the exercises, rest in between. Not full, but not a true superset either.

BW Commando!

Do you add resistance to those exercises? Is this all performed at home (apart from the sprints)?

Hours longer too haha, gotta look seriously into commercial gyms now. Clubfitt is not an option haha, went to te Bukit Batok one, crowded as ****.

Cool man. Nakorius also looking for a gym, maybe you guys find one together and get bigger discount! :) Anyway I'm sure you know all the options available from public to private to elite (lol).

I'm motivated by your BW work.

How's the new job? Like it?

Alpha Fit is in Turf City if you want to consider (provided $ agrees with you). Less crowded and plenty of racks to do your sessy squatz.

Sales job leh, good start for a change and for the exposure I guess. Still tryna get the hang of things.

And! Office wear sucks. Tucking in shirts suck. Not being able to wear baggy stuff sucks hahaha!!

I feel myself getting smaller LOLOL. Definitely no bartenderz here.

Prolly gonna go with the safra one actually, nearest to my place.

Safra is a good gym. If you need sales tips let me know. Office wear is never easy, even after 18 years! (i worked retail at 16).

A car definitely helps. Reasonable working hours help. An understanding and supportive girlfriend/wife helps. However, with a baby, I'm not sure how that's gonna work out, but I'll find out end of the year. *gulp*

This is trial and error.

Gym needs to be near home or work (walking distance ideally).
Diet needs to be perfect.
Home time is home time, that means try not to spend it on the TV or on your smart phone.
Plan activities together with your family (when you start one). Right now most of my weekends get booked like a month or two ahead.
Remember your supplements particularly those that keep you alert, that help you recover and sleep better. Fish oil a lot!

I've been to many gyms in SG and none are perfect, you just have to make do. But always aim to enjoy what you do else you're wasting time being unhappy and that's not worth it.

I've found for me, training a little bit everyday is better than long gym sessions 3 times a week or whatever.

Sales tips? I don't even know where to start asking LOLOL!

Yea, I'd imagine a job with good hours would work, and a girl that understand ones need to hit the gym twice a week as well.

Focus = Reality. Focus on what you want.

Books and seminars didn't come close to real life experience in sales.

Maybe your girl is a hawt fitness athlete like Jelena Abbou!
