you see the insides got a protruding piece of TPU? just snip it off

yes, or a nail clipper with a flat blade, much easier. penknife abit dangerous cos the TPU quite tough.

I removed the volume ones as well.

How come speaker portion so short? and bubbles at the edge?

Speaker so short?? Which part?
There is no bubbles.. already push them out when applying.. I think the 'bubble' in the photo us reflection..

Overall mine also swee swee cover the glass
