My that almost join STEng friend might be joining us..Provided he can find cheap airfares..

And if eventually he did, he will crash in with u guys..I will factor in the extra bed cost in SGD + the original cost u and my friend paid then divided by 3 again..He probably have to reimburse you guys some..

You should join us for Fri night coffee sometimes..Foster some r/s with my fren first..

hi all,
planning 4d 3n trip for a friend in oct, mainly taipei area unless good recommendations to go else where for a day.

Day 1 (Saturday)
0540 - arrive at taoyuan
0830 - dump stuff at hotel, maybe rest in private room at xin beitou hotspring.
1100 - wufenpu
1500 - Danshui
1800 - fisherman wharf
2000 - dinner at some restaurant on some hill. ( if you wanna know, let me know i send you the link. fantastic view btw!)
2200 - return to hotel

day 2 (sunday)
1000 - mao kong (walk around plus lunch)
1300 - 101
1500 - ximending
nighttime dinner at ding wang then to raohe night market?
hotel

day 3 (monday)
checkout, change hotel
the guofu memorial area (wat time is the change of guard if any?)
around lunch time - dong qu
guang hua for errands
shilin area for walk walk and maybe dinner before or at shilin
hotel

day 4 (tuesday)
checkout, taipei mainstation area, underground malls etc
airport.

please comment and give advice?

Why not Shilin after Danshui since on the way back?

No worries, you have more than enough time for that line only if u're planning to use a day for it.

Some ppl prefer releasing the lantern at pingxi due to the view and landscape..

If stop at shifen, PingXi and jingTong , can still go Jiufen from Rueifang at the end of the day 6pm?
