Very unpleasant experience with Achieva:
On Monday 18th Sept 2012, the customer service (Eric) call me up in respond to my email that i have send them. Told me that the WD harddisk will be courier back to me by this week.
I wait and wait and today is Friday. I try to call all the contact on Achieva website, no one pick up...

They away for company holiday ah?
And than when someone finally pickup the call, the person say will find out what had happen to my harddisk..
After awhile, the customer service (Eric) call me up and told me that their courier send the Harddisk to their Sim Lim Square office instead of my address. He promise me that they will sent it to my home address on Monday.
When i ask him:" i call your line for the whole day, no one pick up one?" he reply their line is very busy...
Take whole 3 week and my RMA harddisk is still not back yet. What a service by Achieva..
Serious sia, i wun be buying WD product again due to the service provided by Achieva. Really no eye see... I urge anyone who want buy harddisk, buy other brand.. don't suffer like us..
