If i knew can still send at Changi, I would do so...sent mine to Achieva on the 22nd of last month...till now still nothing.

I sent down to PASIR PANJANG ROAD SUTL HOUSE 2 week ago. Still haven't received back. Call them last week and they say not ready. I shoot email no reply. Worst of all we need to collect the hdd back ourself again. I think i will think twice when purchasing WD Hdd the next time...

After i posted here, afternoon achieva call me and told me that they will courier back the harddisk to me by this week. Glad my email work.

Just came back from RMA in Changi.

Very way out location, bus services took a long time to arrive. Waited 30mins at bus stop for home coming bus.

Took 72 from Hougang To Tampines Interchange, took 37 from there. Alight out Vicom and walk over. The RMA process is very fast, just tell the guard there and he will call someone over to pick up the drive...took 5mins over. Was told the replacement will be send within a week.

Last Monday I sent to Flextronics Changi by SpeedPost & Thursday I received back due to no such company exists in that building.

Wasted my $14.

Btw SingPost really blood suckers. Now it's cheaper to send from CBD area than outside CBD.

There are many small, local courier outfit that are more reliable and cheaper than Singpost. I used to use one located at Golden Miles (they will come pick up from your place). Charge are less than $15 per parcel (same day) and has great flexibility. Best thing is, they are local

Very unpleasant experience with Achieva:

On Monday 18th Sept 2012, the customer service (Eric) call me up in respond to my email that i have send them. Told me that the WD harddisk will be courier back to me by this week.

I wait and wait and today is Friday. I try to call all the contact on Achieva website, no one pick up... They away for company holiday ah?

And than when someone finally pickup the call, the person say will find out what had happen to my harddisk..

After awhile, the customer service (Eric) call me up and told me that their courier send the Harddisk to their Sim Lim Square office instead of my address. He promise me that they will sent it to my home address on Monday.

When i ask him:" i call your line for the whole day, no one pick up one?" he reply their line is very busy...

Take whole 3 week and my RMA harddisk is still not back yet. What a service by Achieva..

Serious sia, i wun be buying WD product again due to the service provided by Achieva. Really no eye see... I urge anyone who want buy harddisk, buy other brand.. don't suffer like us..

I forgo the extra warranty by Achieva and just send the drive back to Flextronics. Got everything settled within 5 working days. Paid around $10 for packaging and shipping via Singpost, got the drive back via Fedex.

How long did it take to go from Received to Send? Mine was send a couple of days ago..still pending shipping.
