Finally gotten my hands on the phone! Usually I choose white but this time black is really nice

Anyway we recontract but kept the SIM card. But because the recontract line was under ione plus, have to pay extra $9.90! so might as well change to iflexi lite because it's slightly cheaper under CIS (but need to pay add $50 for the phone)

Also asked the lady to change another phone line to nano sim. She did it for me after verifying nric. It will be charged in the next bill. But this nano sim wont enjoy 4G unless recontract.

My appt is for 16W but we have another appt tmr for 32B. She let us swop. And she said its because we have appt for it. But try asking, should have pple who forfeit their appt.

Q is really long! It took us 4 hours from start to end. Rejected 1 set because got slight scratches.

Oh btw, our contract showed iPhone 5 not 4.

Pls protect your phone. I just drop it! Got a scratch at corner. Zzzz

Loving my white iphone 32GB... I reserved my gf's set and mine and chose 16GB white but realised 32GB is more worth it. My gf also changed hers to black 16GB. No hassle for my CSO...feel so grateful cos when I asked during the validation counter whether can swap...got a negative reply.

The cso says 4 hrs to activate since 7:30pm... hmmm are yours the same?

Mine took 2hrs 10mins!!! StarHub nano haha in still on 12gb plan so still on 3G. But 3G is like much faster on iPhone 5???

U better check ur documents carefully. There's a monthly extra charge of 10dollar for 4g lte

The first set i checked had 1 dead pixel, next set no problem.

And the free Tunewear front and back films given by UOB has an ill-fitting back! Only the front is ok

No service for me too... activated at about 11.30pm. Another set was activated in under 30mins.

try restart your phone abd turn off your original sim card phone, it works for my case.

wah you champion! i have 2 lines recontract due oct 28 but i managed to get singtel cso to bring it forward to sep 21. at mbs earlier, they initially told me i cannot recontract because the system showed my 1 year contract is due oct 28. luckily i showed them the sms from singtel confirmed my early recontract was approved. then they dug deeper into the system to verify. imagine i queued for 2 hours+ and they asked me to go home empty handed

after getting my phone for almost 2 hours, the new sim card still not activated... sigh... think have to wait till tomorrow... any bro experiencing the same thing?? CS is closed after 12am.... sigh

i reckon you got your phone during the "peak" period when there were many others getting their nanoSIMs activated too.. so it might take some time. but not more than 4 hours i guess. but once your current phone line dies on your current phone, swith off your iP5 then on it again.. should show "Searching" at the top left.
