u guys tried switching phone on and off? 8 hours waaaaay too long man..

Just called the CSO and it seems though the launch ppl says 4 hrs, it could take up to 24 "working" hrs. By nw its been 14 hrs. he Tried to direct me to 1626 but end up he ask me to call myself coz the wait was too long, haha... Oh well try again.

I think the q should be shorter over time because they allow people with multi slot to go the earliest one, which was usually yesterday.
