Just to let everyone have a heads up about ROIs going to hello or exclusive retailers. I just spoke to cso and they told me that the list of exclusive retailers that was put up on the bulletin boards is just a list. They have no control whether these retailers actually brought in stocks. The reason why I called was because I wen to one on the list and the dealer said they have no stock not because they ran out. So I called and after talking 15 mins to the cso I finally realized that Singtel have no way of finding it whether the list of retailers they put up have brought in stocks. They have control over the hello store but not retailers. So I told him that in future they may want to make that distinction clear cos it would appear that both hello store and exclusive retailers have limited stocks but in actual fact the exclusive retailers may not even have stocks at all. Sigh, the people who puts up this information should go for effective communication course.
