Fibernet 100 IPTV Bundle : $65.00 Price exclude (Registration fee : $53.50 & Activation fee : $80.25)
Fibernet 100 IPTV Bundle Comex (13mth) = $75.00 (price include A/R fee, effective savings $110.85 [$13.75 on A/R fee + 1mth free ($65.00) + Freedom VPN 3mths ($10.70 x 3)])

Thanks for clearing that up. How about the caller id for Voice? Is it included in the service? Or chargeable?

u should spend some time reading this thread

Hello!

1. OneVoice comes with call waiting and caller ID - You can also add-on Voice mail and number non-display for $5.35/mth each.
2. Absolutely! The Raptor 200 plans are available to both existing and new subscribers (except customers who subscribed to the $75/mth 1 month free trial promotion)
3. Yes, the bundle packages come with the WD TV Live Media player
4. You can just call us or send an e-mail for the upgrade :)

another thing to take note, unlike other isp, VQ bill one month in advance

Under the T&Cs it says downloading torrents on freedomvpn is strictly prohibited. But what if I need to download a linux image or a game patch? (W.o.T for example)

I understand that the VPN is totally transparent to the user, and user cannot control which traffic goes onto the VPN. Do we need to plug and unplug devices to the VPN port when using a torrent client?

The VPN bandwidth is separate from the normal connection. We don't want users choking the link with Bit Torrent and resulting in everyone suffering buffering on their streaming. Also your P2P will show up as a US IP which can get us into trouble with the US copyright companies if you get caught torrenting pirated content.

Anyways, your linux download or game patches should not be region-blocked and should download really fast on the normal connection.

I did, but what I read here was not consistent with what the guys at Sim Lim told me. They told me that caller ID is chargeable at S$5.xx a month :s22:

i trust the online form more than the guy at SLS, anyway he maybe misunderstood your questions so if u sign up using this online form u should be safe. Alternatively u can send an email to cs@viewqwest.com and ask, they are pretty fast with email response.

Our Speedboost System will eat up the overprovision rate during the non-speedboost hours. But as long as you can get your 200mbps it should be normal. Also the speedboost should reach up to 330mbps with the overprovision.

As long as you can reach around 200mbps non-Speedboost and around 300mbps Speedboost, it's normal. Anything higher is a bonus :D

This is normal - OpenNet needs to patch your connection into our infra at the exchange. We always book the earliest available slot with OpenNet for this but usually it takes about 2-3 weeks from date of signup.

Caller ID and Call waiting come standard on OneVoice, whether it comes with the bundle or you get it as on add-on service with our non-bundle plans :). Apologies if you heard otherwise from our guys at Sim Lim, i'll make sure they know about it.

Can you PM me your name and contact details (phone and e-mail) so i can follow up with our cs team?
