i was quite shock, when u know ur company under attack u still, esp attack on fundamentals, no point trying to fight the traders, u need to long term investors support..

This is so funny, alot of HF are already on short their stocks, and nobody knows a **** in the company LOL. Until Muddy came out with the report, which by then the HF already made money.

1) naked short-sell,
2) spread rumors to drive price down in order to profit from an existing short position.

Muddy-Waters is guilty of point no. 2. That is their modus operandi. He thinks he is a saviour of capitalism. If he is so genuine, he should short US Govt, and try to point out that they are even more leveraged than Olam.

well its a known fact, if they point out the bad about US Gov, treasuries will drop and interest rate will go up.

What happens next ? QE4 QE5 ... to 15 ? Keep interest at 0-25 basis point still 2018 ?

Heng ah.. Bought in the morning cos I expected someone to be shorting it. Then sold near closing as the shorters would be looking to cover. Earned little kopi money. After a while, price crashed. Heng I not greedy waiting for it to go up.

I thought it's illegal to do report coverage on stocks that you have dealing in.

One way is to dump and buyback again when it is lower. But of course that is if you expect the price to drop lower. This is called a technical short.

My remiser say if break 1.50, lowest might be 146. However, if it still continues to drop then must faster cut. Other wise, its a must buy for olam cos the price already quite low. Buy and keep sure up.

Made a loss of $1000. Entered while its dropping but seems like it nv stop dropping. Haha.. Cut my losses halfway a few days ago. Waiting for my chance to buy back in and cover back my losses.

Planning to enter below 1.5 cos I think can go 1.6-1.7 if olam is able to prove that MW's report is not accurate and MW is only reporting OLAM as strong sell due to MW's shorting.

Pray hard this is the outcome. I'm contented with 1.6 though.
