I call CS this afternoon regarding this too. Planning to change to the 100 fibre plan.
What she told me is $39/month, installation fees of 58(iirc) is wavied and porting of home singtel no. is free, just need to tell CSO during contract. She said only need to pay $39 with no other fees. Is that true?

Yup. It's correct. No charges for porting over singtel home no. Installation fee also waived currently under their promotion. Will also get free mobile broadband (1GB). $39/mth..

Send the "An activation code has been sent" to my iPad but my iPad not receive it :(

So I cannot open account to check.

ipad cannot receive sms my dear friend.
Put the sim card into your handphone, get the code....activate the services first.
Change the password. After that put the sim back into the ipad.

Abit troublesome, but no choice.
unless u can convince Apple to come out with sms for ipad. :)

the ONT is basically just like your ADSL modem. it is not mounted on the wall. just plug cables only.

My 100mbps Fiber connection was connected to ONT for about 1week.... Since then I have been using my iPhone 5 for wireless connection to router Cisco E1200... Have been using a speedtest app to check and till now, my download speed able to hit 22mbps plus the most. (Just 1.5 meters away from router)

Unable to use PC to check as I am still waiting for the Free laptop from M1....

Anyone please help... Is it due to the router ? (bought it from M1 as I have very limited knowledge on the routers and I am not a very heavy user for gaming etc; just need wireless from HDB living room to Masterbed room with at times closed door.)

Or is it normal cause using iPhone?

True that the E1200 is not very strong. Wireless maybe max around 60-70mbps

even with laptop, don't expect to get anywhere near 100mbps on wifi.

can get 50mbps considered decent already...
