Call M1 Technical support hotline and confirm there is problem with OpenNet fiber diversion at Jurong area.

Seriously m1 playing games with their consumer and blaming on opennet? If it is really issue with opennet other people in the same area would be affected too le lo..
I would believe their data quota is up therefore cutting most people Internet to save costs.

MLS remains even recontract unless u choose to convert to MSS. The new service is known as MSS. Multi Service Saver. Benefit is u get to recontract 1 of the mobile line every year.

Hi everyone, I go over several SGP forums, and see that the intermittent problem is all over Singapore.

So pls no need to report "I am from" seng kang, outram, jurong, etc etc...... because whole Singapore M1 fibre broadband is unstable.

If I have not sign the contract, I would not hesitate to change service provider. Sick. If I am doing video conferencing for work-related stuff at home, my boss will think I not responsive. I suggest those not signed up yet, wait till M1 stablised.

Ppl are bombing M1 Facebook.

They never come out to apologize. But they did show up on Facebook when ppl ask about their products.

I blame them less for the down time, I blame them more for hidding when problem arise.

thinking of jumping to MR when my M1 contract ends.......
MR offer customer to purchase Asus routers at a discounted rate even if are an existing customer, M1 only offer for new sign up during last sitex.......

the only problem when I jump to MR is that I do not have digital voice for my home line anymore.

You can try pointing your Pri DNS to 8.8.8.8, slower but at least no often disconnection...

I must be heng...except for the intermitten down time in the morning around 8-10am period, it's been pretty smooth...

Here's my speedtest result using wireless @2.4ghz. Dierect line of sight covered by 2 walls around 10m away

Ya, got issues they used Opennet as scapegoat, so easy !
