Yes, very disappointed. I wrote them an email yesterday to highlight my displeasures and suggest that they should make a public announcement to explain the situation to all subscribers after they fix it.No announcement from M1 to explain what's happening .....

Be glad, every M1 user is together with you.Thought I was the only one having this issue until I saw this thread. Been having intermittent Internet disconnection since 2-Mar-13 and still persistent today, 3-Mar-13

Try login to your gateway and disable QOS.
Restart and try again.
