im personally using SAN triple strength fish oil from bodybuilding.com

but others use krill oil which may be better.

for me i have a weak heart to begin with...so i take the high end type like nordic naturals....bought from iherb.com

After frying bacon your got use the oil to cook other things?

For supplements what shd I get? Fish oil and multivitamin? Salmon seems too ex for me...

Use them to cook veggies or fry eggs - the oil is damn favourful :D

Fish oil is enough and maybe Vit D if you don't get enough sun...hahah

Third day into no carb diet whole body feel damn shag and tired even though I slept more then before is it normal?

it's probably carb flu as your body still crave for it. drink more water and up your salt intake to help. =:p

u jumped in straight into no carbs right? it is normal. this is termed as carb flu.

just make sure u hydrate properly, and eat enough fats. should last 2 weeks to a month. but after that, u will feel reborn.

the same happened to me.

i went down from a tight 32" to a fitting 32"

i gave 2 x 33" levis jeans for $170 to my dad

now my 31" is hanging loose. i need to get new dress pants and i will update my waist measurement after i buy it.

considering ur shoulder size.... 32 is like too skinny LOL

im aiming for when i was 14 yo.... 28"

but perhaps a loose 29" is achievable for me for now

But buy clothes a bit difficult - can fit the shoulders, the waist machim can wrap like sarong :(

no joke man.

i recently altered my shirts tapered.

my jeans too. if not look sloppy for the fact they are a little loose.
