i guess the first death case is always etched in my memory .

i fell into the guilt cycle (which is common), thinking what I did not picked up earlier or before it happen.

but after a talk with moi frens, i did my best to what Im limited to do in such a situation.
we are all humans afterall, we have a expiry date attached to all of us. if its time for us to go, we have to go ....

means I am in the guilt cycle :(

I always keep thinking back that I did not train or practice my skills good enough, such that I could have done better to help the person and hence feel like I "caused" him to fail the crucial stage

this one is not old age but injury. :( every time I see ambulance I will kancheong and want to help :crazy:

u aint a doctor , what u learn and practice is just to treat the primary cause . eg bleeding - stop it , administer cpr if no pulse ...

dont have to be old age ma ... usually old age its easier to pass the cycle stage ...

I talk to many in the SCDF or medical field, this kind of thing, got to live with it :( even last time my ex-classmate who became a nurse see many cases until numb...
