to me the charshu and soup most impt for good ramen... best charshu would still be santouka's pork cheek... even their normal charshu also better than this... menya musashi's braised pork is my 2nd fav charshu...

actually i ate santouka too many times that now i no longer get any kick from eating santouka liao... :o

she is the only that do not smile and has black face. No she was not the one serving us... never had the "pleasure" of her serving us, so lucky.
