Hi all...morning...I have got the price list with me...and intend to share with all...but there is just too much for me to post if I were to type it...any ideas if I could have scanned and post it somewhere?...by the way, I only have the price list of 5-rooms only as this is what I had applied for...so that's all I have...
And its only for bukit batok BTO.

I guess because all the Cs Blocks together with 293B are point blocks and there are only 4 units sharing 3 lifts...while the rest are all 8 units sharing 4 lifts

Oh.. then, Seems like the location within the blocks doesn't make much difference.

Not exactly.. According to the HDB website the first $180k is 1%, and the next 180k is 2%.. So the last 2% will be calculated based on the remaining price after deducting the first 180k from the unit price.

lol still very luan.

and theres this conveyance fees thing.... hmmm...

Ya first 180k 1% so is $1800, 2nd 180k is 2% so is $3600 den after tat is 3%

so if ur unit is above 360k u can jus simply use selling price X 3% - 5400

If the unit price is between 180k to 360k is selling price X 2% - 1800

If the unit price is 180k or lower just use selling price X 1%

It is just simple maths

what about another kind of fees that every $250 of your flat you have to pay $4 thingy? what is that man? saw it on the hdb website.

On map it do seems like it's a v big plot of land...but...on actual site..it is actually quite small...because I have been there before to the ITE campus...before and after it was demolished...so to me...it doesn't really matters a lot on the location within the blocks...but of course..some people still mind about the block orientation...

Yup...I was involved at certain stage of the demolition of the ite campus initially...so that's y...the reason y HDB did not proceed to have a few more blocks in the centre which seems to be big enough on map is because in actual fact...it is not that big...

The prices in the list is inclusive of the OCS Option?? Sorry I am a bit "mountain mushroom"
Not sure if the design of the tiles or doors for the scheme will be outdated by the time we collect keys 4 years down the road...most likely opt out first bah.

I also see that there is a memorial hall nearby according to map..I never notice that before when i was in the area.

hi all....anyone has got any feedbacks on staying in the highest floor of a block? say maybe...it's too hot because of the direct facing to the sun on the roof...or water leakage due to poor workmanship on waterproofing of roof...

Maybe looking at selecting the highest floor unit...but need some feedbacks and advise....

Thanks..

Guys I was looking at the site plan and saw that only unit numbers 228 and 230 at Block 292B have a direct lift access. Do you have to cross some kind of connection walkway or something to get accross to the other units, or am I missing something really obvious here?

Yup, there's a corridor. If you look at each lvl floor plan, it will be clearer.
