Nivela, RIDICULOUS! You just bother to answer those new sign up instead of those long time customers like me. STOP BULL****TING ABOUT IT. It has been more than 1 week that nobody has followed up?

If nothing is done, I will go to CASE or IDA to file complaint.

Anyone who can advise me how to go about filing complaint with CASE or IDA?



Hi Bolt & MR Staffs,

I refer to my earlier post about the speed issue. It has been more than one week that nobody has followed up on it. What gives as I am the one who pay for it.

I am using Pure HD 150 plan. The speed is not what I get lately. Can you kindly look into this speed issue and resolve it. Thanks!

can anyone tell me how much do I need to pay if I sign up less then 1 month only?
I got a static ip, upgraded router to AC66U. the speed for overseas is really very bad, my game, china streaming box, and downloading is going down hills...

Can U please do a test using singtel.com Speed Test as your ping speed shows ....like as if it's WIFI connection...... as yours may be a case of poor fiber patch cord.....(IMHO)....not as a MyRepublic Professional....

really MR staff help higher priority?

All my overseas connection speed won't be able to par with them one..
There's also a chance that consumers have priority also.
But i'm on the ****ty side.
