Name Tag @ Army Market

Anyone knows if Army Market at Beach Road can do name immediately on the spot + sew on? Kinda in a rush.

I'm bringing my boys for course and one of them still no name tag. Approximately how long will it take?

Can't reveal details here. They don't need to wear no.4 for normal days but during the course, it is required, that's why. Logistics side did not manage to procure the name tags on time.

Not civi la. No. 3. They are converted batch from PES E to C, but I don't force them to wear No. 4 for no reason. Go for course then bo bian...

Beach road can do on the spot, but must wait for around 30-45mins, tell the auntie you're in a rush.

You can choose from border to non border, but definitely sew on one.

Chinese auntie, quite plump maybe in her late forties to fifties IIRC.

I'm thinking of changing my army name tag to my Christian name which is not in the IC. I see many ppl with 1 word names on their uniform instead of the usual "S A TAN", "K C TEO" etc.

Is this possible? Will RSM question anything? I'm a reservist btw.

by right for races that have a surname, you will need to put that surname on the name tag. and by right you cannot put any name that is not on your IC on the name tag.

Name must be on NRIC but not compulsary to put C B TEO. RICHARD TEO is fine provided Richard is in your NRIC.

Having said that rules are always bent esp when u have crabs on shoulder.

Reservist should be ok 1. The only time when your RSM check you is when you inpro. But then they only check your hair and maybe boots.

Depends on your unit. If there are other guys who have already done it and never kenna, then it's obviously not enforced. You can probably go ahead without concern.
