I don't know what u are talking about. My point is that NLB website to me is just buggy and slow and I am not surprised that there will be problems.

BTW are u using NLB wesbite often?

Yea, on a daily basis. For the eDatabases.

The slow access is contributed by MR NOC routing access thru its upstream provider, TeliaSonera AB, which transits MR outbound traffic to Europe.

That sucks I feel for you. However I don't think its MR cos like I said my experience with it wasn't good last time and I wasn't even on MR.

based on routing, its going a huge round, anyway good for MR to take a look and see if going thru SH will be better/faster

Now that it is highlighted, I am sure MR will do something about it.... For what it is worth, M1's routing to the same server is just as bad. Only VQ's routing is correct so far (out of these 3 providers).

So the experience is good/acceptable on VQ cos of the better route?

To the MR representative here, just a feedback and to share my experience:

Your CS really suck quite badly, and need to buck up.

I was given an installation date for TP and MR Setup, 1 week before I received a SMS to say TP date is off due to issues on Opennet. Called Opennet and they said its back on. Then called MR who also said it is back on.

TP Date came, all went well.
MR date came, I called first thing in morning to confirm, and was given confirmation to go ahead. Then whole day nobody came, not even one bloody phone call. I had to call, only to find out that I wasn't scheduled for that day.

And after delays to confirmation (the reason on the ground is some opennet exchange is broken and needs to be fix - 3 weeks since), I still get no updates. I only get them after I chase your CS, who always promise me an update - which I never get.

Whether Opennet is really having a problem I don't know, but my neighbours are fine and working. Affecting just me? Go figure.

I had to arrange my flight back from overseas work to attend to first appointment, only to kenna fly kite with no good reason. I patiently waited but always end up frustrated.

I'm only just but one customer, but if you want to tango in this service industry, your CS should be up to speed at the very least. How to give confidence to people willing to trust you against the big boys?

I totally understand if it is technical issues (it happens), but I can't take it when my time is wasted, unwarranted and not explained, and I have to be the one chasing for update. Makes me wonder who is interested in the business more...

I even signed up for your MPP program, good thing I have not sold it yet, otherwise I would be selling a dud to others!

I probably am just the suay customer here given the many positive, but just sharing, the experience has been less than ideal. Time to look for another source.

I may only be one customer, but at the very least make me feel you want the biz, not me begging for you to come.

Just my feedback.

Does MR perform torrent cap on it's users? I seem to get max 600 seeds and 160 peers connection per torrent since about a month ago on a extremely popular file like the official Ubuntu. Speeds are about 300-400 kB/s. I have maxed out all the preference setting including the max connections to a reasonable level still no fruits.

To test this, I ran another popular torrent with the same priority. The initial torrent immediately experience a drop in speed and remain constant throughout. This would signify the cap is on my current bandwidth instead of the torrent seeding capabilities.

What kind of speeds are you people getting? I am from West side experiencing this problem for quite a long time. I used to get 5-7mB/s speeds on MR :(

To be fair, my flash streams lag (even low bitrate) due to my distance from my wireless router to my laptop. Though I have not tried direct connections, I am quite certain there are many circumstances that could have made flash based streams unstable.

I'm using direct connection to my desktop. And last night was the last match of the season. Flash based streams are lagging every few seconds. Really unacceptable.

Ubuntu now I am getting 3.5-4MB/s and I am from west side also. You might want to look at your configuration again

Yo guys, DoTA2 is spiking badly for me these couple of days. I'm currently connected to 103.28.54.213 (yes, it's a SG server) watching the TI3 Eastern Qualifiers and my ping averages 55ms and spikes to 500ms a lot.

My friend on M1 doesn't have this problem :(
