Currently the iskandar property price is rising fast n furious. .there are many projects. .supply is in probly 80k units n abv..rental yield can forget abt it..capital gains depends on how u see in 5 yrs n beyond..govt policy n developers also need to beware..any crisis will hit hard on iskandar..my opinion. .Beside mop, what are other consideration I need to take note of when purchasing Malaysian properties?
