For once I agree Fellani not worth 23m. If we play him as a CAM then maybe he is worth 23m but we are too crowded at that position so he have to play DM. As a DM he is at the very most as good as Alex song, and we sold song for 16m only

IE if we are going to play him as DM there like tons of cheaper more viable options that could play that role just as well, we could even "rescue" song from barca for 10m

That's my guesstimate of his value after his **** season lol, and he is reported to be keen to leave barca for arsenal. Also he is reported fighting with Pique, Barca known for selling players that don't fit for large discount

Another very red flag for Fellani is that given his skillset, Mancester Utd seem to fit like a glove with no defensive mid option other than carrick and CAM is also lacking due to scholes real retirement, yet David Moyes did t want to bid for him at all, so he should have attitude problem at Everton

I heard different version , seems like medical staff all on hols so cannot sign players till they are back to do medical. I think our medical staff long over due for holiday , so busy every season
