I find too over enthusiastic over BTO she never participated liao. unless is a ID in disguise trying to seek biz opportunities from us.

This one very typical layout...My fren Punggol Sapphire also this layout for 4rm..Long corridor..Waste of space IMO especially for 4/5rm..

Took mid..Not that near..Track is below ground level and uncovered..

Last time always go my fren house..About 25m away from track and track is the elevated kind and unit was about 6 storey above..Find it normal..

Should respect the guy who took the 3rm at blk 802a level 2..
