Lush acres by cdl will not launch at the above mentioned pricing. Confirmed higher

Good - still below $800 psf - Cheaper to compensate for the location.

This EC could be one of the last ECs with average psf below $800 (unless something happens to our economy).

Lushacres 3 compact is 915-1130sqft, and std 3 bedded is 1055-1399sqft.
Taking the smallest unit in the project and base on above quoted price:
770x915 is just $704,550/=, its very affordable.
For a 5 bedded at 1507sqft selling at 770psf then it's $1,160,390/=, also cheap.

Because in this mkt, u will not see new ec launch at 730-750
Even last yr also sell 750 + already
