Looks like iherb didn't seal it properly. I thought it was done using machine.

However, on second thought, the custom officer might have have inspected the goods and didn't seal it well. Check underneath the box. Is there any sign of cut tape, and replaced by a new one?

Thanks for the reply.. But because it is liquid, afraid of spilling and moreover, it is not that cheap 30 $ for 1,6L ... But all these time, your purchase never spill one, right?

Nah it won't spill. If spill, iherb usually will refund your whole order if it also damages the other product and including shipping. I only bought it a few times.

Yup...it won't spill as the last time i bought it, its still in solid form when i received it.

coconut oil melt ard 24degC...
the nutiva coconut oil bottle seal quite strong.. bought once.. ship via DHL.. arrived still rock hard solid..

btw, virgin coconut oil u can get locally.. certain stores their price quite affordable also..

My order arrived safely
I was a little tentative so I used DHL and the products arrived safely this morning. I ordered shampoo and sunscreen and the caps were taped and shampoos in ziplock bags.
I placed another order on Saturday using Singpost, so see how that goes.
Overall quite happy with iHerb

Well, I just decided few days ago to try out coconut oil so have not check local stores. Opening my option to online as iherb has been confirmed cheaper for most things hahaha... Anyway I'll try check in local store for the pricing...
