i have this prob since mid 2000s, not sure how it started also.

just kind of throbbing headache.

is it something like a knife inside your head poking? do you feel like vomiting?

you very stressful since mid 2000s?

throbbing headache normally are migraine... eat panadol also no use one....

the pain is like heart beating kind, sometimes left, sometimes right, sometimes the whole head wanna explode.

usually i eat panadol for temp pain relief, then try to rest a bit, can tahan a while. then come home, take a shower and the pain really subside a lot.

oh ok... migraine normally won't run about one... and when it's serious, you will feel like vomiting... then eat panadol will not have much relief effect one....

just get more sleep...

i feel like vomiting when i go sit bus with headache, a lot of time will cold sweat during the journey.

i see... maybe next time u see doc, ask for some synflex... maybe you got migraine...

else u tell your doc these symptom and let him prescribe some med for you...

i have migraine for many years... i think since my NS... doc only always say monitor what i eat, may be a cause that trigger migraine else maybe too stressful in life...

my colleague have serious migraine until he went for MRI, in the end, doc still prescribe him with med...

can google online to find more information... just try to relax and the pain won't come so often...

Go Polyclinic, tell them your problem and asked them to refer a specialist in SGH for u.

It will be in subsidized rate.

Then live with it for the rest of your life lor.

Who say on the spot sick then must see doctor.

If you only feel sick at certain periods of the day can mean something serious also.

Ask referral to specialist not equal to go see doctor for common ailments~

Just tell the Polyclinic doctor your problem, confirm can one.
No need to wait for it to happen. I tried before.

It's much much cheaper.
