Guess we wont have a lot of choices when its our turn to select a unit.. Would love to face the common green though!

Future neighbours can check out:

Fret not, still will have chance maybe just lower levels. Previously I considered the common green too as it will have unblocked view over a long distance and won't get the sun but it seems so far from everything: the lrt, bus stop, mscp, shops and the upcoming seletar mall at fernvale. In addition, the sales brochure shows them being right next to the rubbish chute.

I am currently thinking of stack 188 and 186 for the convenience and the north-south orientation

yups. better than nothing! :s13: im looking at 160! its totally unblocked as of now & i prefer "quiet corner".. i forgot all about the fengshui facing thing.. need to check it out before we decide again. as long as i have a place to call my own, im very happy already! its our 7th try for BTO/SBF.

i think 186/188 will be snapped up pretty fast since its just beside all the amenities/LRT!

anyone consider taking the tiles & door/fittings?

Same here. 7th try. I don't think I will opt for any tiles and doors. Because I intend to break the room wall and combine with my master bedroom.

But walls are usually compartmented by a short thick wall which is not allowed to be hacked. Means only half of the wall can be hacked to make into wardrobe. Would the width be sufficient for the size you want...

Congrats on your lucky 7! 2nd BTO for me under pps scheme.

If no 188 and 186, i might consider 160. Unblocked view all the way to beyond IMH but need check feng shui first. Definitely not taking the tiles option. So ugly and heard hdb tiles get dirty easily and hard to maintain

So HDB will send us a 'package' consisting of the details of appointment and sales brochure?

Anyone received theirs? Just curious..... :D
