Is it effective in losing fats?

the best way in losing fats is diet + exercise. try this first before wasting $$$ ?

I'm already exercising and eating low carb high protein. But since I lost 5kgs after 2 months, stuck at same weight for 1 month liao. Just hope to enhance the fat loss process.

70kgs now.

Btw, my family genes plays a part I guess. All my cousins over 100kgs. I'm the slimmest cos I exercise.

i'm on a fatloss regime at the moment. would do a before after photo soon.

it's slow but i'm seeing/feeling progress.

Supplementation of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) tends to be in the range of 3,200-6,400mg daily, taken with meals. This dosage assumes that approximately 70% of the product by weight is comprised of one of the two main active isomers, cis-9 trans-11 (c9t11) and trans-10 cis-12 (t10c12).

Limited studies using higher doses than the aforementioned have failed to find additional benefit, and while this could simply be due to the unreliability of CLA supplements it also means that there is no evidence that doses higher than the above are more effective.

i was 173/75kg but now 60kg for more than 1 yr.



CLA makes me tummyache when I take more than 3 capsules.

CLA gives me a weird tasting burping which I don't like.

I am taking fish oil already and need to swallow another 3 capsules of cla in oil base make me feel very oily.

why not try EGCG? I take it everyday and I workout almost everyday as well. seems to work but i find it good for digestion. take 1 before a heavy meal or buffet...u wont feel so bloated after.

i am thinking of taking l-carnitine or raspberry ketones for maintainance mode...anyone thinks i sld?

CLAs are useless without Cardio...Simple fact.....and its not a Miracle Drug

what u mean cardio is useless than anything else?

i swim, jog, cycle so its all cardio and i don't gym loh.

have to disagree.

cardio has many carry over benefits to lifting and other aspects of life. eg. aid in recovery, increase work capacity and improve nutrient partitioning.

of course your workout program should not focus solely on cardio, but neither should you neglect that component.

Nothing you can't get from resistance training, mobility work, and dieting, besides the ability to get better at cardio.
