Don't know if I order 2 sets of 5C now, later would be barred for ordering 5S or not.......

It's been some time since I ordered an iPhone online. Wonder what's the delivery time like now if I place the order for iPhone 5s on Sept 20? Am wondering whether it's better to queue or go with online booking, given that the stocks are already in Singapore and not lying in some Shenzhen warehouse. Can anyone who bought iPhone 5 from Apple store last year advise or share experience? Thanks.
